Booking Procedure

All booking requests on the Sahara Holidays website or our partners must be emailed directly to our team of specialists from our Contact section or by phone. Feel free to be very specific and provide detailed information regarding your desired trip. This information will help us organize your trip to Morocco and adapt it to suit your needs. Also, do not hesitate to include information about your international flights, transfer requests, accommodation or preferred type of accommodation, and any other services you may need for your stay in Morocco.

Amendments By The Clients

Sahara Holidays and its great team will make all efforts to modify your arrangements, but we cannot guarantee it will be possible all the time, especially during a high tourist season. Some changes may require additional fees, which must be paid by the clients as a supplement.

The rates provided for the sample itineraries listed on our website are per person and in euros. These rates are for reference only. The final rates are provided in your quote and are valid for a specified period, also given in your quote.
Just like your registration, payment for your trip to Morocco is carried out via your customer area.
Payments are made through our online payment system and an invoice is provided. PAYBOX, the online payment system we use, is reliable and secure. To guarantee complete payment security, we also use the 3-D Secure protocol, in addition to the PAYBOX system.
You will receive confirmation of your payment via email, as well as a link to download your invoice.
Tour Prices
Prices are per person and are based on two people sharing a twin room. Please note that double bedded rooms cannot be guaranteed, although requests will be noted at the time of booking. Furthermore, some hotels have several different room types. We regret that we are unable to pre-allocate a particular room type and in order to accommodate the entire group, some clients may be given a superior room type without additional charge. In such cases, this will always be done in the fairest way possible.
Cancellation conditions
If you should cancel, the following conditions apply:
More than 60 days before the departure date: 35% of the total cost of the services.
– From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 40% of the total cost of the services.
– From 30 to 14 days before the departure date: 45% of the total cost of the services.
– From 13 to 7 days before the departure date: 50% of the total cost of the services.
– Less than 7 days before departure: 60% of the total cost of the services.

In the event of loss, accident, illness or itinerary changes related to weather conditions or any other issues that are beyond its control, Sahara Holidays must refuse all liability.
Additional costs related to flight delays or cancellations remain your responsibility.

Single Supplement
Please note unless advised otherwise a single supplement applies to all solo travellers joining one of our group tours. However, we understand that many people travel alone. Although we do charge a single supplement, if you are willing to share with another traveller then please contact us and we will do our best to match you up. In this case and once we have found another traveller for you to share with, the single supplement will be removed from your invoice.

• we cannot be held responsible for the following events : bad weather, strikes, war, social events, or other effects.

Deposit & Final Payment
• To guarantee your booking, 35% of the total amount must be sent to us, and the remaining amount will be paid, once we meet, and before the start of your tour.
• make sure to send a copy of the wire receipt, after the deposit has been sent to us.
